1. Call Meeting to Order
Mayor Streeter called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

6. Executive Session
Deputy Mayor Delnicki made a motion to go into Executive Session (1) to discuss Personnel Matter (Requested by Deputy Mayor Delnicki); (2) Economic Development Issue (Requested by Town Manager); and (3) Ambulance Corps Lease Negotiations (Requested by Town Manager). The Motion was seconded and approved, unanimously.
7. Motion to Adjourn
A motion to adjourn was made at 7:55 p.m.
